Description:

Postdoctoral openings are available in John Isaac's laboratory on projects investigating the mechanisms and roles of synaptic plasticity in the developing barrel cortex and hippocampus. The techniques used include slice electrophysiology, in vivo electrophysiology (patch-clamp and single unit), 2 photon imaging and uncaging, viral infection and modeling. Candidates with a strong background in these techniques are encouraged to apply.
